Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Ella Claire & Co.   If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help!  Please contact us directly at customerservice@ella-claireandco.com to initiate a return.  

You have 14 calendar days to return an item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with original tag attached and in the same condition that you received it.  The item needs to be returned with your invoice within 14 days in order to be refunded in the form of the original payment. 

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Once your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange, refund or apply your store credit to your account. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you have any further questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us at customerservice@ella-claireandco.com.
