Shipping policy

Unless otherwise upgraded, all orders will ship via USPS Standard Shipping for $8. Please select a date and time when checking out for local pick-up orders. We do our best to get all orders placed before 2 pm EST shipped within the next two business days. Should you have any special circumstances requiring expedited shipping or special instructions, please contact us before placing your order at customerservice@ella-claireandco.com. Additional costs associated with expedited orders must be paid in full before shipping. We will be glad to help in any way possible!
